Most energy systems move power in one direction: a source generates it, a load uses it, and anything left over goes back to the grid. OptiGrid's DC-DC converter changes that. It sits between DC systems and moves power in either direction, on demand, with less than 1% lost in transfer.
Think of it the way a network switch routes data between devices. Instead of sending traffic to a central hub and back, it finds the shortest path between two endpoints. The DC-DC converter does the same thing with electricity.
